week 7 - out of commission, fighting a cold, terrible knee, wrist, shoulder pain (other issues)...diet not on point. completely fell apart last week.
this week, week 8, still not 100%, but at least i was back at crossfit working out to the best of my abilities, wish i could say the same about the diet. i was about 80% on point, not really trying super hard due to not feeling to great (had a few cheats, didn't eat enough meals)... can't believe tomorrow starts week 9! gawd, is that right?! i gotta figure out something...i must a least be improved from when i started this thing! ugh!
feel so faaaarrr behind =/
