crazy nice summer weather??!!!

summer finally came round here in socal! this weekend was beautiful perfect for biking at the beach.
we did 16 miles on sunday, after eating a "clean" lunch of course!!! woo-hoo
feeling pretty good, cause this was my rest day, not bad, eh?!!! =p
